What we keep from a website check

When you run a free check (on resultoz.com or from a Resultoz app, plugin or extension) we keep: the website address you entered, what we found on its public homepage, your score, the time, and which app it came from. If you choose to give us your email, we keep that too. We don't ask for passwords and we don't read anything behind a login.

How to delete it

Email support@resultoz.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the website address you checked. We delete the check results and any email we have for that website, and confirm by reply within 5 business days. If you have a Resultoz account, send it from the email on that account so we can also delete the account data.

Uninstalling a Resultoz app

• WordPress plugin: deleting the plugin removes its saved settings from your site.
• Chrome extension: the extension stores nothing; removing it removes it completely.
• Store apps (Shopify and others): when you uninstall, we delete the store record we keep for the app. Checks you already ran stay until you ask us to delete them, as above.
