Resultoz Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Resultoz provides marketing reviews, campaign drafts, automation tools, reporting, and optional implementation assistance for businesses. By using Resultoz, you agree to use the service for lawful business purposes and to provide accurate business information.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Marketing results vary. Resultoz does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, approvals, platform acceptance, or specific business outcomes.
Approval-First Automation
Resultoz may prepare drafts, recommendations, reports, and action plans. Customer-facing sends, posts, website changes, or implementation work should be reviewed and approved before use. Website-related work requires documented customer authorization.
Full Automation (Full Plan)
On the Full plan you may turn on Full Automation. After you give a one-time written permission in your account and connect the accounts you choose (for example Google Business Profile, Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Facebook, Instagram or a WordPress website), Resultoz may publish posts, send follow-up emails from your connected address to contacts you provide, and make the small website changes listed in that permission, on your behalf. In "Approve first" mode nothing happens until you approve it; in "Fully automatic" mode it happens on schedule without asking each time. You can switch modes, disconnect any account, or withdraw the permission at any time, and Resultoz stops right away. Full Automation also stops while your Full plan subscription is not active.
You are responsible for the content published or sent through your accounts, and for having the right to email the contacts you provide. Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link and your business address, and Resultoz stops emailing anyone who unsubscribes.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Resultoz does not store payment card details. Plan features, billing intervals, and pricing are shown before checkout.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated content, confirming legal and industry compliance, honoring opt-outs, and deciding whether recommendations fit your business.
Third-Party Platform Connections
Connecting a third-party platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Google or Microsoft to your Resultoz account is optional and is additionally governed by that platform's own terms of service. Resultoz is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms. See our Privacy Policy for what data Resultoz uses and stores from each connected account (including how Resultoz follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements) and how to request its deletion.
