Resultoz Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Resultoz uses business information you provide, public website signals, analytics events, and service activity to generate marketing reviews, drafts, reports, recommendations, and customer support workflows.

Information Used

Information may include business name, website, email, phone, industry, city, campaign inputs, review results, checkout status, usage events, and support messages.

How Information Is Used

Resultoz uses this information to provide free reviews, operate customer dashboards, prepare marketing drafts, track funnel activity, improve recommendations, prevent duplicate outreach, and support paid plans.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Resultoz does not store card numbers.

Opt-Outs

You may request removal from future outreach by emailing support@resultoz.com.

Facebook Page Connection

If you choose to connect a Facebook Page to your Resultoz account, we request read-only access to the list of Pages you manage (pages_show_list), the ability to read your Page's posts and engagement (pages_read_engagement), and the ability to publish posts to your Page on your behalf (pages_manage_posts), each only after you explicitly approve access in Facebook's own consent screen. We store your Page ID, Page name, and the resulting Page access token to enable this feature; we never see or store your personal Facebook login credentials. Every post Resultoz prepares still requires your review and approval before anything is published — nothing posts to your Page automatically unless you turn on Full Automation, described below. You can disconnect your Page and request deletion of this data at any time by emailing support@resultoz.com.

Full Automation Account Connections

Full Automation is an optional feature of the Full plan. Resultoz connects to the accounts listed below only if you choose to connect them, only after you give Resultoz a one-time written permission inside your Resultoz account, and only after you approve access on that provider's own consent screen. Resultoz never sees or stores your passwords for these services.

Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link and your business address; contacts who unsubscribe get no further automated emails. In "Approve first" mode nothing is published or sent until you approve it; in "Fully automatic" mode it happens on schedule without asking each time. Every post and email is recorded in the activity log in your account.

What is stored: the account you picked (its ID, name and email address) and the access tokens the provider issues. Tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored and are never shown in your browser. We also keep the record of the permission you gave (its text, the time, and your IP address and browser), and the activity log.

Disconnecting and deletion: you can disconnect any account at any time from your Full Automation page; Resultoz then deletes the stored tokens for that account and stops using it right away. You can also remove Resultoz's access in your Google Account, Microsoft account or Facebook settings. To ask us to delete other data, email support@resultoz.com.

Google User Data (Limited Use)

Resultoz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, data Resultoz receives through the gmail.send and business.manage permissions:

Data Resultoz receives through Microsoft's Mail.Send permission is handled the same way.
