Test date: October 17, 2026. One Google PageSpeed Insights mobile lab run per homepage. "Main content on a phone" is Largest Contentful Paint; Google calls 2.5 s or less good. 3 of these 10 met that mark; across all 108 sites, 5% did.
Why this isn't called "fastest": the ranking combines the mobile performance score with homepage checks (tap-to-call phone, city in the title, meta description, HTTPS, booking wording) and a deduction for slow loading. It isn't speed alone. 5 other offices loaded their main content faster than the slowest office here but scored lower overall. Like every office outside the top 10, they stay anonymous in the full report.
